The Garganelli Restaurant opened in 1956 in Bologna from the desire of the Trombetti Family to "tell" the story of Great Cuisine of Italy and of the local area.
A place where tradition and creativity come together perfectly for a gourmet dining experience. A place deeply connected to the memories and the family ties of the Trombetti family, which, since 1956 in Via Santo Stefano in Bologna and since 2007 in the park of the Savoia Hotel Regency, offers authentic flavors, regional delicacies and menus featuring the freshest fish in a refined and elegant setting. The desserts are sublime and are inspired by those prepared by Master Pastry Chef Ermes Trombetti.

The a la carte menu changes periodically. It features the early produce, which can be found in the tasty and fancy dishes prepared by the Chef. The Orangerie room is the setting where you can enjoy these culinary delights: an elegant and intimate space that overlooks the large park at the entrance to the Savoia Hotel Regency and the imposing fountain.
During the summer months, the Orangerie becomes an outdoor area for a romantic dinner under the stars.
The wide wine list has a great variety of both national and international wines, for perfect pairings with the dishes on the a la carte menu.

/special events/Thanks to its large spaces, the Garganelli Restaurant, located in the park of the Savoia Hotel Regency and only 100 meters from the Savoia Hotel Country House, is particularly suitable for all kinds of events, such as corporate dinners, weddings and ceremonies.
The Garganelli Restaurant is a venue with a refined and elegant atmosphere, featuring warm and basic colors that are modern in some halls and classic in others. The dining rooms have all a different capacity and style.
